Just fancy sentences will not be a good of a review to describe how great of an agent Lisa is, a quick story of our experience will do the trick. Great real estate agent coming from both my wife and I and here is why. For our first time buying a home we had no idea what to expect.The first agent we decided to go to happened to be Lisa (she was actually the last one left at the office since everyone else was already gone) she still took her time and broke everything down for us so that we could understand the process and provided us with useful advice. Apart from that she really get involved in the choice and point out stuff that we would not think about as first time buyers for example: " my wife being pregnant, is it better to get a 2 stories or a 1 story ? just little details like those but very important. Our first attempt she was able to get us an excellent deal, it did not work out because of my financial status at the time. Almost a year later we tried a different agent (for some reason) who did not seem to care or get involved and communicate as much as Lisa did. That's when my wife and I realized that lisa was actually an excellent agent having seen what a "not so good agent" looks like. We definitely went back to Lisa and again she got us a another good deal and we closed. She always displays honesty and will be there to help. I already recommended her to most of my potential buyers friend and still recommend her.

Lisa was a pleasure to work with I gave her what I was looking for and which areas I was interested in. Every day she would have new listings in my que for me to look at. She would follow up with me day and night to see when I was available to look at houses or to see if I had any questions about any of the houses as well. Once I found the home that I liked she kept in constant contact with the sellers realtor to make sure things on their end were on schedule. We had some issues with the sellers contractor and Lisa jumped in and made sure that they met deadlines she even went by the house and noticed that while they were painting the kitchen it didn't match so she personally bought some paint asked me what color i liked and had them repaint the entire kitchen so it would match from top to bottom. So if you want a realtor that is going to make sure you are taken care of Lisa is that realtor.

She is very knowledgeable and makes the home purchasing journey effortless. After you found your home she doesn't just leave you high and dry. She is so caring that she continues to check in on you to ensure you are okay and see if there is anything you need. She remembers you on birthdays, holidays and just because. She is truly caring and knows the ins and outs of this business as well as the tricks of the trade. She is why I have my forever home and I'll never forget it.
